Now, according to Chinese laws and regulations, as long as the value of goods is greater than or equal to 1,000 CNY, an export license is required. So what are the procedures for applying for an export license? 1. It will take 7 working days for the Foreign Economic Commission to process the "Registration Form for Foreign Trade Operators". 2. The customs shall process the "Registration of Import and Export Consignee and Consignor" within 5 working days. 3. The Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall handle the "Registration and Recordation of Self-prepared Inspection Units" within 1 working day. 4.
